Obituary for Stewart Rolls
Stewart William Rolls
March 3rd, 1953 - February 17th, 2023
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and brother-in-law; Stewart Rolls. He passed away at the Bonavista Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by family.
He is predeceased by his parents; Chesley & Annie Rolls and brother; David Rolls.
Leaving to mourn are; his wife, Betty; Son, Brian; Grandchildren, Bryce, Mia and Nathaniel; Sister, Christine; Brother, Paul (Kim); Sister-in-law, Lucy and a large circle of family and friends.
Stu was a man of few words, but his love for his family was shown everyday in his antics towards his grandchildren. They were the light of his life. Stu and Betty were together for almost 50 years and spent almost everyday side by side. He will be forever loved and sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
Visitation will take place Sunday, February 19th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm and again on Monday, February 20th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral will take place on Tuesday, February 21st at 2:00pm at The Anglican Christ Church in Bonavista.
